This policy explains what information Full Route MG (Full Route Media Group, LLC, "we," "us") collects through fullroutemg.com and how we use it.
What this website collects
This website has no forms, no user accounts, no analytics tools and no advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies of its own.
Like any website, the company that hosts it (Cloudflare) processes basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so the site can load and be protected from abuse. That provider handles this information under its own privacy policy.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name and whatever you include in your message.
We use this information to reply to you, prepare your free audit and walk you through it, and, if you become a client, provide our services and send invoices.
Information we use for free audits
Our audits use only information about your business that is already public, such as your Google Business Profile, reviews, website, social media pages and directory listings. We don't log into your accounts to run an audit.
Client information
If you hire us, we may handle information you give us to do the work, such as access to your business profiles or a list of your past customers for direct mail. We use a client's customer list only for that client's own campaigns, we share it only with the print and mail vendors that send those campaigns, and we delete it when the work is done or when you ask.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't share it with others for their own marketing.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (such as email, hosting, and print and mail vendors), when the law requires it, or with your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and related details for as long as we need them to respond to you and run our business, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@fullroutemg.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
